YouTube Ads Do They Work?
Do you know where your next customers going to come from?
Do you know where your next, the next 10 customers are gonna come from?
Or even, do you know where your next a hundred customers are going to come from?
Because that's the question. If you have no proper pipeline that's going to supply you with a consistent stream of customers, then you are hoping and praying and trying different things on the internet to to, to scramble and to get more leads. The beauty of what I have to offer, if I asked you three questions, I gave you three options as to how you could sell to your customers, and this was the only way that you could sell to your customers. Then, um, let's see, which you would actually choose if push came to shove.
- Number 1, all you can use is a leaflet with text wording on it and give that, that leaflet out to customers or to, prospects or to everybody.
- Number 2 being able to, give out a leaflet with a picture and some text or a number of pictures and a text, and you gave it out to customers. And the whole process that we're talking about here is something that actually gets a sale at the end of the day or gets to a customer to actually buy.
- Or Number 3 you had a video that you handed out with audio pictures, information, and frequently asked questions.
If you had a Monday morning meeting in your company and you were told you had those three options and you were the first in this morning, so you had the choice of how you were gonna be able to sell for the next year to ensure that you got the results that you wanted, would you take the text leaflets? Would you take the leaflets with, um, pictures on, or would you actually use video?
I might be biased, but I think a video is more likely to convert than anything. But when you think back on the internet, if you are advertising currently, you normally have a text ad such as a Google, Google AdWords ad.
You've got a text with picture, which is a Google, Google or a Facebook post, or a Facebook advertisement with a picture or Google display ads.
even if you, so those are what you are using at the moment to convey information to customers. Now, if you think how you sell, normally you talk to customers face to face, they ask you questions, they have some misconceptions, you answer those questions and you guide them through a path to a sale. What happens if you could capture that on video, put it in front of the right people at the right time when they're looking for your product or service, and be able to have multiple conversations going on with multiple prospects consistently,
whether you are, having tea at night or you are already talking to customers live somewhere else, it, this is the power of the internet being able to multiply the, multiply you over and over again.
But there are some caveats to that. It's no good just spreading your message wide, like the olden days, like, a shotgun effect, because that doesn't work. Google and YouTube have a way of targeting customers.
They know so much about you. They, have information and what you type into Google, they have your, Gmail, if you're with Gmail, Gmail's free for a reason. Their robots are reading the keywords in what you are talking about and what you are interacting about on Gmail. 50% of the websites on the internet have Google Analytics that tells them which, websites you're visiting.
So imagine this, you say I wanna to show my video to anybody that's now in market for new homes. For instance Google will go these people have been looking at new home companies within this particular area, recently in fact, very recently.
So they're in market and so they present your ad. If you think about it, it'd be like actually sitting outside a every showroom in your city or town and sitting out front and as people get outta the car to walk into the showroom, you get your chance to pitch to them about your house, land package or whatever you're trying to, that's the power of YouTube ads. we can target competitor's videos we can target people that are in market for your services and it's highly accurate, and we can give them a pitch of what you would tell, tell them if you were speaking to them one-on-one.
And then we can take them through a process to become a customer. This is the power of YouTube. a lot of people talk about Facebook. Facebook to give you an analogy,
Facebook is like a bar where people go, it's called a social network for a reason. It's a bar where people go. They go there to sort of hang out with friends celebrate birthdays find out where people have gone on holiday different things, social, okay.
YouTube, on the other hand is actually the library of the town where people go to learn to educate themselves, to find out information about how to fix things how the different products and whether they're any good and generally to educate themselves and they're in a totally different mindset to the social crowd.

The only way you're gonna get their attention is you've gotta distract them. It's called distraction marketing.
YouTube, on the other hand, it's information marketing they want to learn and educate themselves and they want to know about things.
Well, if they want to know about houses, new houses, new builds the different types of build methods, etc. they're gonna go to YouTube and do their investigations. And whilst they're doing their investigations you can get yourself in front of them.
That's the best time to be in front of them, and there's really no other way of doing that. If you think about it, you can only be in one place at one time, but with YouTube ads, you can be in multiple places. Plus the videos are like a million words a second.
people get to understand you and build a rapport with you on videos. So if you'd like to harness the power of the internet, get your message across to the right customers at the right time.
And the other thing that you may not realise is it's less than 10 to 30 cents a click. It's the, the best bang for your buck bar none.
And it's really feels like it should be illegal really, because you're actually getting a full video in front of the right people at the right time, and you get 30 seconds to get your pitch for free and you only pay 10 and 30 cents per click in New Zealand.
There's no better bang for your buck out there ,if you are fed up with trying to get Facebook ads and social media and, and your website to try and do what it needs to do, then you need to learn and you need to get yourself onto the YouTube platform.
Now, there is methodology in how that works there are ways of doing things we have a lot of experience we understand how to get that message across.
Now we would rather work with somebody that we can really, really help and help them get the experience. That's how we get our customers. So, we will tell you truthfully if it's, if we feel that YouTube's not quite the not quite the platform for you and we will point you in the right direction as to how you can solve that problem, but if we feel that there's a good fit between us, we will offer you an opportunity to work with us and help you get a pipeline so you know where you are gonna get the next 10, the next 15, the next a hundred customers.
I spoke to one of our customer two days ago and he was like, you, you really understand how to get people in front of me.
I've got 14 jobs sitting here ready to go, like ready to work on, before he was scratching around for one or two jobs here and there, 14 lined up.
We were now having a conversation about putting his prices up and having minimum prices, etc.
That's a great position to be in where you're turning away customers and really he now can just work with the ones he wants to work with.
